Welcome to RJM Production Services. We are an audio, lighting, video and power production company based in the East Midlands. Delivering professional production management, technical management & systems and event consultancy for festivals, touring productions, corporate events and live entertainment across the UK and internationally.
About Us
Since 2021 we've moved into the industry, Providing lighting, sound and video hire to hundreds of events over the UK, Europe and around the world. Based in the east midlands we have a large stock from many major brands such as Yamaha, Shure, Sennheiser, Chamsys, Luminex and many more.

Festivals
RJMPS brings years of hands-on experience delivering high-end festival production, including production management for Solstice Summerfest in Duffield, working with artists such as Jools Holland, The Limelight Orchestra and Shades of Rhythm. With a strong background in large-scale outdoor events, we provide full technical delivery including site-wide power distribution and video control systems, ensuring reliable, safe, and smoothly run shows from build through to headline performance.
Corporate Events
RJMPS delivers high-end technical production for corporate events, brand activations, and private functions, combining technical knowledge with a clean, professional presentation. With experience supporting brands such as Aston Martin, alongside live entertainment including the Limelight Orchestra, premium wedding and corporate bands, we understand the importance of creating polished, visually refined setups that enhance rather than distract from the event.
